The staff at the Fox and Hounds would like to welcome you into our friendly and relaxed 17th century pub here in Lyndhurst. We offer a wide selection of quality new forest foods, served all day, including our infamous venison pie. We have a daily Fish board and a wide selection of Steaks available.

Monday nights sees the appearance of our popular Pub Quiz with a twist. Guaranteed to be like no other pub quiz you’ve seen! Thoroughly enjoyable with great music for all.

In the summer, we have our patio garden open so the sunshine can be enjoyed through to the evening. With lots of refreshing drinks to while away an afternoon and not forgetting the homemade milkshakes for the kids, it’s a great spot for all the family.

When the nights are drawing in, join us by the cosy log fires to sample our traditional local ales.
